availability and time for shipping. A rush charge of $25 will
apply to all orders placed less than 4 weeks before the event
date. We will confirm a ship date when the order is placed. In
stock dresses ready for shipping in 7-10 days with no rush charge.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The PayPal secure ordering system provides for Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, American Express and e-Check. Orders Placed via Online
Order Form can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
or PayPal. Full payment is required when the order is placed.
5% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within the State
We use only the finest fabrics. If you are ordering garments
made from natural fibers or hand woven textiles please be aware
that variations and irregularities are part of their beauty.
These characteristics should in no way be treated as defect.
DYE LOT DISCLOSURE
Dye lots vary from bolt to bolt. Please remember that swatch
books and electronic swatches will have variations from the
current lot. If you need a current swatch of a particular color
prior to placing your order just ask. Orders that originate
from different families for the same event must be submitted
in the same week to insure matching dye lots.
RETURNS POLICY FOR IN STOCK ITEMS
Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED. Any stock item may be returned
within 7 days of receipt providing all original tags remain
attached, and all original packing is included. Please call
for 888.849.3600 for Return Authorization. After 7 days we
cannot accept returns for refund, however, we stand by our
product and are committed to satisfying our customers. We will
gladly repair or replace the item to your satisfaction.

Service Priority Mail at no charge within the Continental United
States. For international shipping rush shipping, or shipping
